Parkway goers & a hand full of hikers.
Weather:
Temps ranged from 20 at beginning of watch to 25 at the end. Fairly clear
skies to mostly cloudy & back to mostly clear. Visibility was a 3.5 out of
5 with hazy conditions farther out. Winds were variable with a mostly
Westerly component all watch.
Raptor Observations:
Not much flying today other then TV & BV with a few ravens milling about.
Non-raptor Observations:
The Parkway is doing a terrible job of keeping the grass mowed &
controlling the weeds !!
