Weather:
A great day; started off with heavy haze and low cloud cover prior to 11
a.m. then started to clear with southeast breezes in the afternoon. The sun
broke out around 12:30 p.m. before rain clouds rolled in around 2 p.m.
Raptor Observations:
Few TVs observed, and the lack of other sightings could be in part due to
the southeast winds.
