Visitors:
A few visitors early but none for long, to cold. Parkway traffic light
with no hikers.
Weather:
Wind from NW was at a steady Beaufort 5 until late afternoon when
diminishing to Beaufort 3 from WSW. Temperatures where from 36F to 40F by
end of day. Full sun with clear skies and visibility at level 5.
Raptor Observations:
All birds where directly over head or in the Great Valley to the West.
Immature Bald Eagle was sighted at 1:06 P.M.
Non-raptor Observations:
Many TVs, fewer BVs and a steady flying circus of local Ravens were with us
at various times throughout the watch.
Predictions:
