Weather:
Cold, very cold - 1.67 to 4.44. The good news and the bad news was there
was very little wind - the leafless tree branches rustling gently. Sky was
cloudless and blue, the horizon clear. Barometer fell 30.25 a 30.21.
Raptor Observations:
A Redtail finally rose in the West and promptly went down in an evergreen
tree. Ravens were flying with their usual ease and a group of 8 crows went
by West to East.
Non-raptor Observations:
Katie got to see a jet shoot through the valley, low. No interactions with
people, but some traffic on the parkway. Patsy Cline was perfect today
because......
Predictions:
Some wind would be nice and a little warmth....
