Visitors:
Fewer than you would expect. Thanks to Dillard for helping me out this
afternoon.
Weather:
The watch began cold, windy, and overcast. Wind was a westerly 3-4 to
start. At the end of the watch, it had decreased to a 1 and was variable
from W to NE. Temperature was 45-54F. 100% cloud cover shrunk to about 35%
in the afternoon. Visibility was a 4-5.
Raptor Observations:
All birds were seen to the West. First bird was a RT at 8:35a. Mature bald
eagle was seen at 11:10a. Local RT's were also out and about today.
Non-raptor Observations:
Several ravens, TV's, and BV's were out in the wind today.
