Visitors:
Lots of help today: Gene, Gretch, Mitch, Carl(2), Matt(2), Darryl and Pam,
Phillip, Tim, Mary Lou and Sid, Another Mary Lou and her husband, Keith,
Annie, Judy and Husband, Randy, Sue (who was very excited re a hatching
monarch) and her husband, Kathryn, Marlarane (sp?), Porter, John, Tina,
Baron, and Elizabeth and family.
Weather:
Socked in all day except for a brief 15 minute window into the western
valley at 12:30p. Easterly wind up to a 3. Temp 59-65F.
Raptor Observations:
No records today. No raptors were seen
Non-raptor Observations:
Good looks at a Red-breasted Nuthatch. Had a monarch chrysalis showing
signs of hatching. A few monarchs did show up in the afternoon.
Predictions:
Hopefully the clouds will lift.
