Two Ruby-throated hummingbirds in the yard yesterday (Sunday), visiting the
black and blue salvia. Southern part of Reston, Fairfax County.
While driving south on State Highway 28/Sully Road, near Frying Pan Road
(Dulles Airport area - 6:30 pm Monday), perched on top of the highway
guardrail was a Wild Turkey, just sitting there, seeming to enjoy the
moment. Very strange as there was a lot of highway traffic.
