Got to Huntley pre-dawn, but was disappointed to hear no woodcock.  I did
see one fly across the Woodcock Meadow at first light, and I did hear one
GOBBLER.  It was foggy—does anyone know if there is a negative correlation
between fog and woodcock display?  Otherwise, nothing spectacular.  Large
numbers of PHOEBES and GC KINGLETS.  Sparrow numbers are down, but I did see
one FOX SPARROW.  At least 100 RUSTIES flew down Barnyard Run, probably many
more.  Still no significant numbers of yellowrumps.
