[Va-bird] Huntley Meadows Monday Morning Birdwalk hours

Just a short reminder that we are going to begin our winter hours early this 
year . . . specifically tomorrow.  We will begin at 8 AM starting tomorrow 
instead of 7.  We will continue these hours through February, if not later.
