On my way to Henricus Park/ Dutch Gap in Chesterfield County, I saw 3 WHITE
IBIS fly over Old Stage Rd. near the Dominion Power Plant. I saw these birds
naked eye and, surprisingly, only one of the birds was a juvenile. The other
two appeared very white so I assume they were adults. At the marsh at Henricus,
I met Tina Trice and we were rewarded with good looks at two LEAST BITTERNS
perched and in flight. They were calling frequently enabling us to narrow down
their location. Nice morning.
