[Va-bird] Interesting birds in Oakton, Fairfax Co Sept 20

Sorry for the delay in posting this.

On Friday of last week a black-billed cuckoo, rose-breasted grosbeak, and
merlin were seen in Oakton at Oak Marr Park and Flint Hill School. I believe
the cuckoo was a county-first for me; it was a first of the year for me in
Virginia also.
