As a substitute for birding VA in 98% humidity, I have been staying
indoors and reading all I can about the Ivory Billed (hoping to live
vicariously through others).
Just saw this evening (morning) in the online Post that the bird made the
(electronic) front page (even if in small type under the "more headlines"
section). Just thought it was good to see birding still staying near the
top of the headlines.

Sorry for the lack of VA-specific content - I have absolutely none. :)
If any folks out there have a similar Ivory Billed obsession, please feel
free to email me off the list. I have been considering a swampy birding
expedition for next March/April (to anywhere that might be a great birding
place as well as a possible IB habitat, not necessarily AK), so anyone out
there who might have ideas for that, or is insane enough to consider
going, feel free to email me also. :)
Good birding,
