Please consider nominating a worthy individual or organization for the
Abbott Conservation Award. Consider someone who has made considerable
contributions in the area of bird conservation. We did not give an award
last year because I received no nominations, and I really hope to get
nominations so that we can present an award for 2014. This award is
presented at the VSO Annual Meeting. I would like to receive nominations by
the end of January so that the conservation committee can consider the
nominees.
