[Va-bird] Killdeer sightings

Keep your eyes out for dare devil killdeer! I had one run across a 4 lane
area of the Fairfax County Parkway (near Alban Rd and 95) around 11:40 this
morning, and saw another on Sunday afternoon next to a ramp on 495.  I'm
not used to thinking of them as highway birds, but I'm starting to think
differently.
