The Wild Birds Unlimited of Williamsburg Team (named after one of our
faithful business sponsors) of Paul Nasca, Calvin Brennan, Chris Foster and me
managed 116 species, during the Kiptopeke Challenge Sept 25th, with
highlights of Snow Goose, Wood Thrush and our team's first Long-billed
Dowitcher.
The team, though with several different members over the years, is the only
one to have competed in all 16 years of the event. Paul, who again
coordinated the event, will send our complete species list out shortly,
Congratulations to the Augusta Bald Eagles, who reclaimed their title (from
us)!
