Weather:
Moderate winds were generally from the west, with partly cloudy skies in
the morning becoming mostly sunny. Windspeed calmed during late afternoon.
Temperatures were in the high sixties to high seventies.
Raptor Observations:
Again, mostly Ospreys were flying today. A few kestrels, Bald Eagles, and
harriers were moving as well.
Non-raptor Observations:
Non-raptor movement was slower than it has been over the past two days. A
Yellow-throated Warbler was seen perched in the Deodar Cedar. Other
highlights included:
17 Glossy Ibises
10 Blue-gray Gnatcatchers
4 Red-headed Woodpeckers
1 Pileated Woodpecker
1 Red-breasted Nuthatch
