Weather:
Winds were very light for most of the day (nearly nonexistent), but breeze
picked up in the later afternoon. Wind direction was variable, with a
westerly component throughout most of the morning, then becoming south
southeasterly. Skies were partly cloudy to clear, with temperatures in the
seventies and eighties.
Raptor Observations:
There was a decent flight today, but almost all of the birds were high
and/or distant specks on the east side. Plenty of peregrines were on the
move this afternoon, and it was nice to see so many broad-wings at this
point in the season.
Non-raptor Observations:

8 Red-headed Woodpeckers
3 Eastern Bluebirds
1 Common Nighthawk
1 Yellow-bellied Sapsucker
