Weather:
Overcast all day with intermittent drizzle for much of the morning. Temps
in the 50's and wind from the ENE.
Raptor Observations:
Decent movement. Particularly nice day of harrier movement, especially for
this late in the season.
Non-raptor Observations:
Nothing too out of the ordinary other than a late Northern Parula.
Otherwise Northern Gannet (205), Black Scoter (222), Surf Scoter (41),
Common Loon (63), Red-throated Loon (4), Rusty Blackbird (3), Purple Finch
(17).
