Weather:
There were showers in the morning, followed by overcast skies and then
partly cloudy skies in the afternoon. Light winds in the morning became
moderate in the afternoon, and were mainly from the west northwest.
Temperatures were in the mid fifties to low sixties.
Raptor Observations:
Not much, but local Bald Eagles put on a good show for some visitors.
Non-raptor Observations:
The hummingbird continues to visit our feeders from time to time. Its field
marks and shape appear to be those of a Ruby-throated Hummingbird. Other
sightings included:
30 Tundra Swans
5 American Pipits
1 Field Sparrow
4 Monarchs
