Howdy all,
Nothing crazy to report from the banding station today, other than the way
it happened. We started off the day extremely slow. By 11am we had only banded
like 15 birds. But that all changed over the next few hours. By the time we
closed at 2pm we had banded 146 for the day. And as expected most of it was
YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLERS. In fact, the second place bird was BLACK-THROATED BLUE
WARBLER with 3. Yes, 3. Seems we caught one of everything.
Also, I have been adding a few pictures to the Kiptopeke Blog so check it
out at _www.cvwo.org_ (http://www.cvwo.org) then click on CVWO BLOG.
