Driving to Dillwyn from Farmville on Back Mountain Road I spotted a kettle
of about 40 vultures (mostly Turkey, but with some Blacks mixed in) soaring
above a field. I noticed a white bird soaring with them and stopped quickly
on the side of the road. I used my binoculars to identify the bird and
luckily took some pictures with my digital camera before it soared too high.
If this could be something else, please share your opinions.
