Birded the north side of Lake Accotink for nearly 3 hours this morning. 11
species of warblers: Nashville, Magnolia, B-t Blue, Yellow-Rumped, Canada,
Blackpoll, N Waterthrush, Parula, Yellow, yellowthroat, and Redstart.
Also more than 100 Cedar Waxwings filled the woods. One singing
Yellow-Throated Vireo.
Other new finds for me at that park were Semipalmated Plovers and Least
Sandpipers, along with multiple Spotted and Solitary Sandpipers.
