Hope you enjoyed the beautiful day today.
I visited Rap River Valley NWR on 5/10 and Hog Island WMA on 5/11.
At Rap River Valley NWR, Wilna Tract, I saw the following from sunrise to about
four pm. Winds were blowing at a pretty good clip during my visit but at least
the sun was out.
I heard more birds than I saw.
Turkey Vulture 5
Black Vulture 3
Red-Tailed Hawk 2
Osprey 5 (all overflights)
