No sooner than a pair of Ospreys made their first appearance than an adult
Bald Eagle showed up to chase them around hoping to steal a fish. FOY at
C.M. Crockett Park (aka Germantown Lake), Midland, VA.

Today marks the most birdsong so far this year here, including a Hermit
Thrush, Golden-crowned and Ruby Kinglets, two Eastern Phoebes, Dark-eyed
Juncos, White-throated Sparrows, and the birds found here year around.

Great birding except for the FOY mosquito!

Fauquier County, VA
