Dear Birders,
Please consider signing this petition in support of pelagic birds and
ecosystem stability.
Menhaden: It's a small fish that lives along the Atlantic coast, and other
fish and sea birds depend on it for survival. Menhaden have been overfished
for decades, and their population is rapidly declining. But this is a
crucial time: the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission is currently
evaluating menhaden population management and taking public comments. The
ASMFC
needs to hear from you-take action now!
