[Va-bird] Mississippi Kite at ESVNWR: was July 23 not June 23.

The Mississippi Kite that earlier I reported seen by Chris & Betsy Foster at
ESVNWR was found July 23 not June 23 (mea culpa = my bad), much less to be
expected in the middle of summer rather than in late May or early June. An
interesting record! - Harry Armistead.
