[Va-bird] Mississippi Kite over Springfield

At 1:40 PM this afternoon I saw a single MK over the Fairfax County  
Parkway at the Gambrill Rd exit gliding swiftly in a Southeast direction at  
about 
500 feet.  The MK was only in sight for about 30 seconds.
