I stopped by the tower buildings at Tysons Corner tonight to see if the
lights were on. They were NOT on.
So, unless this changes, we won't have any Nighthawks there this year. If
anyone lives nearby or gets by there and see the lights on

As alternates, there are often Nighthawks at the Air Force Memorial, on
the hill above the Pentagon.
I often have great luck at the East Plaza of the United States Capitol
building.
Migrating Nighthawks should be coming through soon.
