Seen this afternoon around 2:30 thanks to a tip from birder Matt, who had
seen it earlier.
Along the bike path coming north from the picnic area, just as the path
becomes close to the river. There is a large tree very close to the path on
the river side, with lots of viney vegetation - the bird was just past that
area. Very active, however, so will likely be moving around.
Also thanks to Ed Eder's email, I was able to see the Snow Goose among
several hundred Canada Geese, a bit north of where the Nashville was seen
and a bit earlier, around 2:15. Scoped the Canada Geese several times, on
both sides of the Parkway, but did not see either the Cackling or Greater
White-fronted geese.
