Much to my surprise, as soon as the lights came on at Tysons Corner tonight,
the sky filled up with nighthawks. They came in higher than last night and
gained altitude from there, often getting lost in the low clouds. It was fun
watching them fly in and out of the clouds. Best count was about 15, but the
clouds made it impossible to get an accurate number. We ought to get a
really big night soon.
