[Va-bird] Norfolk: White-winged Scoter - 6/29/14

One male White-winged Scoter and two Red-breasted Mergansers were inside the 
channel from Little Creek to the Chesapeake Bay this evening. I walked out to 
scan from the path beside 9719 Bay Point Drive. Pics were taken.

The two Anhingas continued at the pond behind 620 Blackwater Road in Chesapeake.
