All,
Yesterday, 5/4, at 11:45 AM I found a male DICKCISSEL singing from a
small tree next to old Shiloh School at the intersection of Shiloh
School Road and Ball's Neck Road in lower Northumberland County,
Northern Neck. This is about six miles north of Kilmarnock and within a
few hundred yards of Chesapeake Bay. I looked for it again a couple more
times throughout the afternoon but never saw it again.
