The text in my previous posting was correct, the subject line was not:

Susan Steele, visiting from California, found a Western Kingbird 
yesterday (Sunday, 15 Sep 2008) at Washington Birthplace National 
Monument (Westmoreland County).  The bird was in trees off to 
the left from the parking lot for the Potomac River beach area, 
and she saw it in both the morning and afternoon.
