[Va-bird] Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge: Tree and Fox Sparrows et al.

A beautiful day at OBNWR.
Location:     Occoquan Bay NWR - CPW02
Observation date:     3/4/11
Notes:     There were many more ducks, well over 2000, in Belmont Bay but
counting was difficult since many were on the far side.  The majority
appeared to be Gadwall with Scaup species (probably Lesser Scaup).
