[VA-bird] Osprey at Gloucester Point

We just had our first Osprey of the season fly over our house.

Also, the Cedar Waxwings are starting to gather as they have the past 2
years, to feed on our holly berries in preparation for migration. So far
we've had about 20 at one time, expecting the numbers to exceed 100 in the
coming weeks.
