I called the vet hospital yesterday morning and checked on the rescued osprey
chick. She said they checked it over head to toe and it was perfectly healthy.
They went and got it some fish that night and it seemed to appreciate eating.
A local rehabber that works with osprey came and picked it up yesterday morning
and will continue to care for it until it is ready to be released.
