Today while crossing the James River on the Jamestown-Scotland ferry on
my way to Surry, I saw two Ospreys on the nesting platform near the
Scotland docks. It looked like they have started to bring sticks to the
platform. On the way back to Williamsburg around sunset, they were both
there at the platform on the roosting perch. It wont be long until
nesting season starts!
