I returned from my usual Sunday morning bird walk today to find a pair, a
male and female, of Purple Finches feeding on my feeder, side-by-side. They
have returned individually several times since then.
I believe there were at least two males and perhaps two females.
Haven't had Purple Finches at my feeder for several years.
Great photo ops.
