[Va-bird] Parula fallout

Today at the Alexandria African African Heritage Park on Holland Lane there 
were 7-8 Northern Parulas singing and actively feeding in the trees on the east 
side of the park. 

Also around were Yellow-rumped, Palm, Pine, Yellow-throated, and Yellow warblers
