[va-bird] Peaks of Otter CBC

The Peaks of Otter Christmas Bird Count took place today, Dec. 16. 
(The peaks of Otter are along the Blue Ridge in Botetourt and Bedford 
Counties.) 11 participants found 43 species. Unlike most counts, 
which try to cover all the area within the count circle, this count 
only covers the area above 1,500 feet of elevation. That gives us a 
limited area to cover, a noticably smaller list of species and a real 
look at what is happening at the higher elevations.
