[Va-bird] Pictures of Black-bellied Whistling Duck seen onJuly 16 at the Wildlife loop on south Assatague

Photographs of the BB Whistling Duck show no leg banding . When observed,
wings did not appear clipped. The bird was not seen the following late
afternoon during a cursory scan of the area in which it was originally spotted.
