The piping plover was still present this morning (6:45-7:15) on Salt Ponds
public beach, feeding along the water's edge just south of the Salt Ponds inlet
jetty.
This beach is public, accessed at the dead end of N 1st St (the street that
runs along the shoreline north of Buckroe Beach). There is public parking along
the street right near the beach access.
