It is not a Virginia bird, but it was exciting for me and I just had to
share.
I got to do a bit of birding this weekend on Tybee Island in Georgia.
I got to take a few pictures that I wanted to share.

I'm pretty sure this is a Piping Plover. This is such a beautiful
bird. I hope we can help these endangered birds make a recovery as well
as the Bald Eagles have made.
