[Va-bird] Probable Red-Neck Grebes, Fairfax County, Lake Audubon, Reston

First-time poster to VA-bird. I sighted 3 birds swimming together -- this was with binoculars in excellent light. Pointed bills, yellow base, white crescents on face, only one bird had a dusky red neck, the others were grayish. Location was the boat ramp on Twin Branches Road.
