Hello Bird Buddies,
I have a question. I saw an eastern phoebe last week and it didn't come up on
the rarity list, as some other eastern phoebes have. On ebird it listed it as
'infrequent'. Does this have to do with 'location'? In that, if an eastern
phoebe is seen in Westmoreland County at this time of year, it's not 'rare',
just 'infrequent'? So it doesn't go up on the 'rarity' list?
I hope I'm making my question clear, as I'm not sure how to word it. So, that
being said, where can I find the criteria for what ends up on the daily list?
Thanks! Stay warm today!
