[va-bird] Quick look in Tappahannock

I stopped while passing through Tappahannock this weekend (sat.1/7) and spotted 
a few things around the old pilings and on the river (Rappahannock). Also 
stopped quickly at Hoskins Creek. List below
   
  Rappahannock River (under bridge)
  120 Ruddy Ducks
  23 Ring-Billed Gulls
  18 Double Crested Cormorants
  4 Greater bb gulls
  6 Canvasbacks
  3 Herring Gulls
   
  Hoskins Creek
  3 Buffleheads
