Hi, group:
I know a Snowy Owl was reported this winter at West Point near Richmond. I
checked the eBird reports; it has not been reported for a week or so. Does
anyone know if it is really not found anymore, or people just stopped
looking?
Also, if you have information on how best to access the viewing place(s),
please kindly let me know as well. If it is spotted again, I am thinking
about making a run for it at some point.
