All,
Todd Day and I spent some time scouting for The Plains CBC today and
found the dark immature rough-legged hawk at North Fork Wetlands. We
did not see the light one but I'm sure it is still around. Most of the
raptors were perched while we were there so it was probably just sitting
somewhere that we didn't see.
