[Va-bird] Rainy Richmond Birds

Did a quick look along the James River this morning between the Hugenot
Bridge and the Wetlands section of the JR park. Highlights included the
continuing White-winged Scoter just up-river from Pony Pasture and a
Red-necked Grebe about midway between the Wetlands and Pony Pasture. Also
nice to see were 5 Rusty Blackbird at the Wetlands.
