[va-bird] Raptor Bliss

The emergence of spring-like weather was felt across the region this past
week.  The Song Sparrow in our neighborhood have been sporting brighter
plumage and their song is heard throughout the day as the sun heats up.
Yesterday while visiting family in southern Albemarle County, observing and
hearing the trill of the bright yellow PINE WARBLER with the chorus of
spring peeps was a special treat.
 
This past week I observed several raptors species, many either nesting or
paired and soaring overhead.  Below are links to some of the raptor images
